Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device and remember certain information about your visit — such as whether you are logged in.

Cookies serve different purposes. Some are strictly necessary for a website to function correctly, while others are used for analytics, performance measurement, or targeted advertising.

2. Cookies We Use

BlankCanvaAI Inc. operates YourDev with a minimal cookie footprint. We use only essential cookies that are strictly necessary for the Service to function. We do not use:

  • Analytics or performance cookies
  • Marketing or advertising cookies
  • Third-party tracking or behavioral profiling cookies
  • Social media tracking pixels

Our only cookies come from Supabase, our authentication provider, and are required to maintain your login session.

3. Cookie Details

The following table describes the cookies set by the Service:

Cookie NamePurposeDurationType
sb-*Authentication session management. These cookies store your login session token and enable you to remain signed in between page loads and browser refreshes.Session / up to 1 hour (refresh token)EssentialFirst-party

The sb-* prefix refers to all cookies set by Supabase Auth (e.g., sb-access-token, sb-refresh-token). The exact cookie names may vary based on your project configuration.

4. How to Manage Cookies

You can control and manage cookies through your web browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies. Below are instructions for the most common browsers:

Google Chrome

Go to Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data. From here you can block all cookies, allow cookies only from first-party sites, or manage exceptions for specific sites. To clear existing cookies, click See all cookies and site data and delete as needed.

Mozilla Firefox

Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data. You can manage cookie behavior, clear existing cookies, and add exceptions for specific sites. Firefox Enhanced Tracking Protection also blocks third-party tracking cookies by default.

Apple Safari

Go to Safari → Preferences → Privacy. You can choose to "Block all cookies" or "Prevent cross-site tracking." To manage existing cookies, click Manage Website Data.

Microsoft Edge

Go to Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data. You can block third-party cookies, manage exceptions, and clear existing cookies from this menu.

For other browsers, consult your browser's official documentation or help pages for instructions on managing cookies.

5. Impact of Disabling Cookies

Because we only use essential authentication cookies, disabling cookies in your browser will prevent you from logging in to the YourDev dashboard. The authentication system requires cookies to maintain your session — without them, you will be logged out immediately and will be unable to access any features that require authentication.

If you are an end-customer interacting with a YourDevchatbot embedded on a merchant's website, the chatbot widget itself does not set any cookies. Your browser settings will not affect your ability to use an embedded chatbot.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that signals to websites that you do not want to be tracked. Because we do not engage in cross-site tracking or behavioral advertising, our Service effectively honors the intent of DNT signals regardless of your browser setting. We do not use tracking cookies or share behavioral data with advertising networks.

7. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy if we change the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you an email notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies.
